Gain Confidence, Reduce Fear: Self-Defense Workshops for Women & Men
We are excited to announce that Enso is offering a new series of Self-Defense Workshops at our downtown Chicago location in 2016. These workshops are open to women and men ages 15 and up. No martial arts experience is necessary — though the workshops are still valuable to those with karate training — so please share this opportunity with your friends, family and co-workers.
The workshops will be held on four dates throughout the year. On each date, there will be both an “Intro” workshop for first-timers and a “Continuing” workshop for those who have attended at least one previous workshop. This schedule is intended to be flexible so that individuals who can’t make an earlier workshop can still start learning at any time throughout the series, while also allowing those who are able to attend multiple workshops to build on skills over time.
