If you plan to compete, you must inform Sensei Jay no later than Saturday, February 27th. This is an internal deadline that will allow us time to gather all necessary information for registration, which Enso will handle for all our students.
We will have a space available for our students to compete in on the day of the tournament (details will be shared with students who express interest). If students prefer to compete at home or at another location, Sensei Jay will need to approve of the space in advance of the tournament to ensure it meets all rules and guidelines for this new form of competition.
Enso has hosted a series of free sessions to help prepare students for this form of competition. Our last prep session will be held on Sunday, March 7th (2-3PM for white-purple belts; 3-4PM for brown-black belts).
Let’s see how many students we can get online at once!!!
Unless otherwise noted, Enso’s events are for current students only.
Enso hosts several special seminars throughout the year. We invite highly-regarded sensei from the U.S. and abroad to bring their expertise to students at our dojo. Students travel from near and far to attend these events.
Enso participates in karate tournaments at the local and international levels. We also host one small tournament a year.
