On Saturday, October 5th, 2013. Enso Karate Students delighted tourists and Chicagoans with their Kaminari Zoku (“thunder clan”), a surprise kata performance, at Buckingham Fountain.

Team Enso at the 2013 AAU Karate Jr. Olympics in Detroit, Michigan

We had a weekend that we will never forget at the AAU Karate Jr. Olympics and Team Trials in Detroit, Michigan! 12 Enso athletes qualified and competed in the Jr. Olympics and brought home 15 medals (3 bronze, 7 silver, 5 gold).

Some students also participated in the AAU Karate National Team Trials.

We are so proud of all of you. Congratulations!

Enso’s Tai Chi Summer Session begins Monday, August 12 and runs through September 30. For our short summer session, the fee is $125, more than 20% off the standard 6 week fee. Enso Tai Chi students also receive access to practice videos we make available exclusively for our Tai Chi students.

Enso Karate Hits the Beach!

We asked Enso students of all ages and ranks to come out and train on Saturday, July 27, 2013 for our annual Karate Beach Training. Nearly 70 Enso Karate students and their families joined us on 31st Street Beach in Chicago. domain analysis buy domain . The day started with a jog around the beach, warm-up, basics and kata in the water. And, of course, our beach training photo shoot!
