For adults (ages 15 and up) at all experience and fitness levels, students will learn a traditional martial art that builds physical fitness and relieves stress.
Youth (ages 6 – 14) learn karate techniques to develop discipline and a “fighting spirit” all while having fun. Students develop strength, balance, and coordination. The positive dojo environment helps students develop self-control, perseverance, and confidence.
Kinder Karate (ages 4 and 5) introduces young children to the martial arts in a fun and disciplined way. Warm-up, stretching, and karate basics are taught to children at an age-appropriate level. Students develop self-control and focus through structured activities.
“Family” classes allow parents and children to learn and enjoy karate in the same class.
Enso brings traditional karate classes to several Chicago-area schools in after-school programs.
Private karate sessions allow for individualized training as well as extended time for feedback and student questions.
Enso Karate Camp (children ages 5-12) is open to children of all experience levels, including students who are new to martial arts. Campers will experience a fun-filled program of karate and fitness in the dojo. Enso Karate Summer Camp will introduce new students to the martial arts, and polish and expand the skills of those with previous experience.
Students who are willing to step up their commitment and training levels can enroll in the Enso Elite Tournament Team. Team members attend special training, events, and competitions.
